Billy Moore Days:  Oct 27-28, 2017:
Celebrate Billy Moore Days with a 2 day event to include:  a parade. carnival, 2 stages of live entertainment and lots of Western Fun!  Estimated attendance: 8,000+

Veteran’s Day CelebrationNov 11, 2017:
Help us honor our veterans and their families with a Fitness Challenge followed by a Hero’s Breakfast.
Estimated attendance: 500+

Avondale Winterfest – Dec 2, 2017:
This is a favorite with piles of snow, entertainment, holiday shopping, crafts and kids activities. Santa and Mrs. Claus will flip the switch to light up a huge Christmas tree.  Estimated attendance: 5,000+

Tres Rios Outdoor Nature Festival March 3-4, 2018:
This annual 2 day event along the river, offers a fun & educational event for the whole family and celebrates the rich heritage, ecology, history & wildlife of the area.   Estimated weekend attendance: 7,000+

KidFest – April 7, 2018:
Join us to celebrate the Week of the Young child with entertainment, kids activities and Water Palooza.
Estimated attendance: 4,000+

Avondale Fiesta – May 5, 2018:
A celebration of the rich heritage of the community. Live music, Ballet Folklorico, Mexican Food and a Salsa Contest on Western Avenue. Estimated attendance: 4,000+

Memorial Day – May 28, 2018:
Join veterans, family and friends of the community for an evening of remembrance and tribute to those who paid the ultimate price for America’s Freedom.  Estimated attendance: 250+

MULTI EVENT DISCOUNT: Discounts below are for multiple events.
Payment must be made in advance of the first event

2-4 Events = 15% discount

5-7 Events = 20% discount

ALL 8 Events = 25% discount

APPLYING THE DISCOUNT: Before checking out, include the promo code in the promo code box with the number of events you are purchasing with the word “Sponsor”BEFORE the number (for example: for 3 events, type “Sponsor 3”).  Update the total to see your discount and check out either through PayPal (credit card and PayPal payments) or select the pay-by-check option.  You will receive a notice a week before each event with details (set-up time, parking, etc.).

Sriracha Festival – November 4, 2017:  Sriracha fans gather to celebrate the joy of this unstoppable chile sauce. Some of the best food trucks and restaurants in town will come together to share Sriracha inspired dishes. The festival will include plenty of tasty drinks, games area, KidZone and Live Music! Hometown Christmas Parade – December 9, 2017:
The Hometown Christmas Parade is an old-fashioned community event for the whole family where all can gather and celebrate the true meaning of Christmas. Local churches, businesses and other community groups from all over the Valley join in for this very special parade, which benefits Hope for Hunger.
