Please add to the cart the items you are interested in.  Then when you view your cart you may identify how many you need.  Note if you need multiple rentals per event please include the total number you need for all events.  For example if you need 2 chairs at 2 events then your total would be 4 Chairs.

Also note, when set up information is sent to you two weeks prior to an event the booth list should indicate your rentals, if it does not please notify Stacey Lindsay to confirm your rentals will be there.

10 x 10 Canopy

Please identify the number of events that you are renting canopies for in the "Number of Tickets" Field.

Please bring a copy of your receipt just in case.  The tent will be delivered and set up in your space when you arrive.  If it is not, just contact a Goosebump representative and they will be happy to help you.

One exhibitor table and 2 chairs are provided for all Sponsor level and any exhibitor participating in the Avondale Multi-Event Program.  If you are a food vendor, only participating in 1 or 2 events or would like additional tables you may request them here.

 

Please bring a copy of your receipt just in case.  The table will be delivered and set up in your space when you arrive.  If it is not, just contact a Goosebump representative and they will be happy to help you.

NOTE: In the "Number of Tickets" Field, please identify the total number of tables you will be renting - so if you would like 2 tables for 2 different events your total would be 4 tables.

Electrical power is also NOT included in your package since we have to rent generators for each event.  If you require power there is an additional $10 Fee which can be paid below.
