One exhibitor table and 2 chairs are provided for all Sponsor level and any exhibitor participating in the Avondale Multi-Event Program. If you are a food vendor, only participating in 1 or 2 events or would like additional chairs you may request them here.
Electrical power is include in all night-time events (Billy Moore Days, WinterFest, CulturePOP and Avondale Fiesta) It is not available at Avondale KidFest or Tres Rios. If you require power at other events there is an additional fee which can be paid below. You must provide your own electrical cords and lighting if required.
NOTE: In the "Number of Tickets" Field, please identify the total number of chairs you will be renting - so if you would like 2 chairs for 2 different events your total would be 4.
Please bring a copy of your receipt just in case. The table will be delivered and set up in your space when you arrive. If it is not, just contact a Goosebump representative and they will be happy to help you.
