A celebration of Popular Culture, this event is held 6pm - 10pm and features a DJ, dance performances, video game competition, carnival rides, street performers, Beer Garden, and LED light up games.
Please note for this event all commercial and non-profit exhibitors must provide some type of activity that incorporates the cultural theme of the event. If you are not incorporating the theme you will not be accepted. Examples include...giveaways trivia on famous musicians, popular celebrities, etc., Glow items or any item that has been trendy at any time are good for giveaways - rubix cube keychains with your logo, 3-D Glasses, Neon glasses, glow sticks, etc. If you have a prize wheel you could put different video game character on to win prizes. Create coloring sheets for kids with line art of different trendy toys or characters - star wars, star trek, my little pony, pokemon, superheroes like Avengers, etc. Providing unique trendy food items, staff members dressed in costumes, face painting with cartoon character, etc, etc.

THIS FORM IS FOR BOOTH SPACE ONLY unless you have signed up with the Multi-Event program which includes a table and 2 chairs, not a canopy. All exhibitors must provide their own canopy. If you need rentals you may purchase them on the Display Add Ons section listed under Upcoming Events. Multi Event discounts are not available for the already discounted Non-profit & Handcrafter rates.

Electrical Power: Electrical Power is included in all exhibitor fees for this event however you must provide your own extension cords and lighting.
