Event Opportunities

Chair(s)

One exhibitor table and 2 chairs are provided for all Sponsor level and any exhibitor participating in the Avondale Multi-Event Program.  If you are a food vendor, only participating in 1 or 2 events or would like additional chairs you may request them here.

NOTE: In the "Number of Tickets" Field, please identify the total number of chairs you will be renting - so if you would like 2 chairs for 2 different events your total would be 4.

Please bring a copy of your receipt just in case.  The table will be delivered and set up in your space when you arrive.  If it is not, just contact a Goosebump representative and they will be happy to help you.

Food Vendor 1-Day Event Fee

Full payment of the vendor fee associated with your event is due at sign up.  Please complete the form below and enter the number of 1-Day events you are participating in into the  "number of tickets" field below.

If you are going to have a different set up at each event you may notify Mayra Martinez of any special space requirements directly.

All food vendors must be registered with Maricopa County Environmental Services to participate in any of our events. Links to the application are below along with our vendor rules.  Please review these carefully.

POWER:
Limited power is available at some events, we prefer each food vendor provide their own power if possible however if you need power we will charge a $75 fee per event and you must reserve it ahead of time.  Power is NOT available at the following events:
- Tres Rios
- KidFest

Disregard the date and time information below, you will be notified about the times for each event separately.

  • 1-Day Event plus Electrical Power (Power not available at Tres Rios & KidFest) ($75.00) + $75.00

Canopy

Canopies are provided for all Sponsor level participant.  They are not provided for exhibitors, food vendors or hand crafters.

NOTE: In the "Number of Tickets" Field, please identify the total number of canopies you will be renting - so if you would like 2 tables for 2 different events your total would be 4.  Standard spaces only allow for 1 canopy.  If you require more space you need to purchase a second booth.  

Please bring a copy of your receipt just in case.  The canopy will be delivered and set up in your space when you arrive.  If it is not, just contact a Goosebump representative and they will be happy to help you.
