Electrical Power

Canopies are provided for all Sponsor level participant.  They are not provided for exhibitors, food vendors or hand crafters.

Billy Moore Days Parade Entry

As part of the City of Avondale's 74th Anniversary we will be celebrating Billy Moore Days with a festival and performance parade.

The parade takes place on Saturday, October 17th at 9:00am on Western Avenue.

Parade Entries will be judged on the following:  Most Entertaining, Best Community Spirit, Best Overall Appearance and Best HS Band.

Tres Rios Nature Festival Exhibitor

TRES RIOS NATURE FESTIVAL - February 27 - February 28, 2021

The 19th Annual Tres Rios Nature Festival is a 2-day event focusing on the rich diversity of the Gila River drainage area. This is an opportunity to celebrate the rich heritage, ecology, history and wildlife of the Gila, Salt and Agua Fria Rivers.

Tres Rios Nature Festival directly benefits the Wildlife for Tomorrow Foundation. Wildlife for Tomorrow is a fundraising non-profit foundation enhancing the protection, management and enjoyment of Arizona wildlife. CulturePOP Exhibitor

A celebration of Popular Culture, this event is held Saturday, March 27th, 2021 from 6pm - 10pm and features a DJ, dance performances, video game competition, carnival rides, street performers, Beer Garden, and LED light up games.

Please note for this event all commercial and non-profit exhibitors must provide some type of activity that incorporates the cultural theme of the event.  If you are not incorporating the theme you will not be accepted.  Examples include...giveaways trivia on famous musicians, popular celebrities, etc., Glow items or any item that has been trendy at any time are good for giveaways - rubix cube keychains with your logo, 3-D Glasses, Neon glasses, glow sticks, etc. If you have a prize wheel you could put different video game character on to win prizes.  Create coloring sheets for kids with line art of different trendy toys or characters - star wars, star trek, my little pony, pokemon, superheroes like Avengers, etc.  Providing unique trendy food items, staff members dressed in costumes, face painting with cartoon character, etc, etc.

Avondale KidFest Exhibitor

Join us as we kick off the Week of the Young Child.  Early years are learning years! Participate in a fun, outdoor, family friendly event filled with activities & entertainment geared toward the young child.  Our focus is early education, water safety, child development, reading and nutrition!   This event is in partnership with United Way!

If you have a service, product, business or summer camp geared toward young children, this is an excellent opportunity to reach out to this market in a fun way.
