Billy Moore Days Parade Entry

As part of the City of Avondale's 72nd Anniversary we will be celebrating Billy Moore Days with a festival and performance parade.

The parade takes place on Saturday, October 20th at 09:00am on Western Avenue.

Parade Entries will be judged on the following:  Most Entertaining, Best Community Spirit, Best Overall Appearance and Best HS Band.

This is a wonderful family event celebrating the holidays with piles of snow, favorite holiday stories, entertainment, holiday shopping, crafts and kids activities.  Santa and Mrs. Claus will flip the switch to light up a huge Christmas tree and will also be available for pictures. This event is perfect for arts & craft exhibitors - lots of holiday shoppers!

CulturePOP Exhibitor

Join the Cities of Avondale & Goodyear at a block party on Thomas, highlighting a fusion of cultures from around the world through live entertainment, cultural demonstrations, cultural food & a Naturalization Ceremony.

Please note for this event all commercial and non-profit exhibitors must provide some type of activity that incorporates the cultural theme of the event.  If you are not incorporating the theme you will not be accepted.  Examples include...giveaways of cultural themed items such as fortune cookies, Italian flags, coloring pages of different countries attractions.  Providing food samples for ethnic foods, staff members dressed in traditional costumes, providing belly dancing instruction, face painting with ethnic flags, etc, etc.

Tres Rios Nature Festival Exhibitor

TRES RIOS NATURE FESTIVAL - March 2-3, 2019

The 17th Annual Tres Rios Nature Festival is a 2 day event focusing on the rich diversity of the Gila River drainage area. This is an opportunity to celebrate the rich heritage, ecology, history and wildlife of the Gila, Salt and Agua Fria Rivers.

Tres Rios Nature Festival directly benefits the Wildlife for Tomorrow Foundation. Wildlife for Tomorrow is a fundraising non-profit foundation enhancing the protection, management and enjoyment of Arizona wildlife.
