Please Note: Expected attendance for this event is 3,000 people.
Below are all the details for event day.
SET UP: Saturday, April 14 – 7:00 am – 9:30 am
Each vendor will receive one parking pass to the Heritage Square Garage located on Monroe, just west of 7th Street (adjacent to Heritage Square). Passes are given once you arrive and you use them as you leave. We strongly encourage carpooling as there is limited free parking. Additional parking is available at the garage for a fee or there is free parking at the lot on 7th Street just north of Van Buren or free street parking is available at 9th Street & Van Buren.

A white canopy, 1 – 6′ Table and 2 chairs will be provided for all exhibitors as indicated on the Booth Assignment form. If you need to rent more supplies please contact Mayra Martinez
Vendors will be able to pull vehicles onto 6th Street to unload from. We ask that you pull to the side and unload quickly, park your vehicles and then come back to set up so that we allow room for other vendors to pull in. Those vendors located inside the Lath House Pavilion (east side of the event near the main stage) may pull inside the lath house to unload. There is an entrance on the north side of the structure off of Monroe just west of 7th Street. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT GROUNDS BY 9:30 AM
Electrical power will be available to all booths if needed however you will need to provide your own extension cords. If you have anything that requires more then a standard 110 outlet please contact Stacey Lindsay by Monday, April 9th.
FOOD VENDOR NOTES:
Please note: You must provide your own hand-washing station and the Health Department will be on site to inspect. We will also provide food vendors with a back wall to the tent as required by the health department. We do not provide ice you must plan to bring your own. You are welcome to sell non-alcoholic beverages in addition to your food.
