Below is the 2020-2021 Food Vendor Opportunities and their costs. Please review each event and fill out the form below to request participation at the events you are interested in. Filling out the form DOES NOT guarantee your participation. Once you have been accepted into the event you will be notified via email and supplied with a link to pay your fee for the event. You must make your payment within two weeks of notification or you risk losing your spot at the event.
All food vendors must be registered with Maricopa County Environmental Services to participate in any of our events. Links to the application are below along with our vendor rules. Please review these carefully.
VIP Club Program
Avondale provides a unique way to receive extra exposure, the VIP Program for festival attendees. This is a program that will help build higher attendance for the events and will build traffic to your truck or booth. We need your help to make it successful. IT IS REQUIRED for each food vendor, participating in Avondale events, to provide a discounted offer for VIP Club Members. Each member will receive an email notification with a personal coupon code, one coupon per person. They will show this to you to redeem the discount. We will print signs with your special offer that must be displayed at your booth. The City of Avondale will send emails prior to the event advertising you and your VIP Club special offer. All offers are limited to one event and one per person unless otherwise noted. Special offer examples: 10% off one entree, free order of french fries with the purchase of a burger, etc
Food Vendor space must be of the highest quality. Goosebump Marketing & Events may reject any food vendor which, in its opinion, does not meet the required standards. All signs should be professionally made. Signs that appear unprofessional will be removed. Space around the booth should be kept clean at all times during the event, all trash must be removed from the area following the event.
Electrical Power is now included in your fee for all night-time events (Billy Moore, WinterFest, CulturePOP and Fiesta). It is not available at Tres Rios or Avondale Kid Fest. If you have special adapters please bring the adapters. We do not supply any. You may want to confirm with Mayra Martinez that your adapter will work.

2020 – 2021 Calendar of events:
Billy Moore Days – Oct 16-17, 2020 – Fri: 6pm – 10pm, Sat: 11am – 10pm: This is a 2-day event featuring a parade, carnival, street fair and live entertainment all in one spectacular event. Estimated attendance 13,000 (Fee: $150 for 2-Day Event)
Avondale WinterFest- Dec 5, 2020 – 5pm – 8pm: This is a favorite with piles of snow, entertainment, holiday shopping, crafts & kids activities along with Santa & Mrs. Claus! Estimated attendance 5,000 (Fee: $100 1-Day Event)
Tres Rios Outdoor Nature Festival – Feb 27-28, 2021 – Sat: 10am – 7pm, Sun: 10am – 4pm: This festival along the river, is a fun educational event celebrating the rich heritage & ecology of the area. Power is not available at all for this event. Estimated attendance 9,500 (Fee: $150 total for 2-Day event)
CulturePOP – March 27, 2021- 6pm – 10pm: This celebration of Popular Culture features a DJ, dance performances, video game competition, carnival rides, street performers, Beer Garden, and LED light up games. Estimated attendance: 4,500 (Fee: $100 1-Day Event)
KidFest – April 10, 2021 – 10am – 1pm: Join us to celebrate the Week of the Young child with entertainment, kids activities and Water Palooza at Friendship Park. Power is not available at all for this event. Estimated attendance 5,000 (Fee: $100 1-Day Event)
Avondale Fiesta – May 1, 2021 – 6pm – 10pm: A Cinco de Mayo celebration of the rich heritage of the community. Live music, Ballet Folklorico, and Mexican Food round out this event. Estimated attendance 5,000 (Fee: $100 1-Day Event)
