Food Vendor Opportunities

Below is the 2018-2019 Food Vendor Opportunities and their costs.  Please review each event and fill out the form below to request participation at the events you are interested in.  Filling out the form DOES NOT guarantee your participation.  Once you have been accepted into the event you will be notified via email and supplied with a link to pay your fee for the event.  You must make your payment within two weeks of notification or you risk losing your spot at the event.  Note: Goosebump has moved to a flat fee per event structure so we will no longer take a % of sales at the end of each event.

All food vendors must be registered with Maricopa County Environmental Services to participate in any of our events. Links to the application are below along with our vendor rules.  Please review these carefully.







Food Vendor Space: 

Food Vendor space  must be of the highest quality. Goosebump Marketing & Events may reject any food vendor which, in its opinion, does not meet the required standards. All signs should be made professionally done.  Signs that appear unprofessional will be removed.  Space around the booth should be kept clean at all times during the event, all trash must be removed from the area following the event.

Electrical Power

In order to guarantee you have adequate power and adapters we prefer each food vendor provide their own power however limited power is available at some events for an additional fee of $75.  If you purchase power and have special adaptors, please confirm with Mayra Martinez that your adaptor will work. Power is not available at Tres Rios and KidFest.

2018 – 2019 Calendar of events:

Sign up form for September 2018- May 2019 will be available July 1, 2018.  Below are the dates for your calendar. 

Billy Moore Days – Oct 19-20, 2018 – Fri: 6pm – 11pm, Sat: 11am – 11pm:  This is a 2-day event featuring  a parade, carnival, street fair and 2 stages of entertainment all in one spectacular event.  Estimated attendance 13,000+ (Fee: $125 for both days)

Avondale Winterfest- Dec 1, 2018 – 5pm – 9pm: This is a favorite with piles of snow, entertainment, holiday shopping, crafts & kids activities along with Santa & Mrs. Claus! Estimated attendance 5,000+  (Fee: $75 1-Day Event)

CulturePOP – Feb 9, 2019- 5pm – 10pm: Formerly Tale of Two Cities, this event is held 6pm – 10pm and features ethnic foods only, Beers & Wine from around the world and 2 stages of entertainment Estimated attendance: 4,500+(Fee: $75 1-Day Event)

Tres Rios Outdoor Nature Festival – March 2-3, 2019 – Sat: 10am – 7pm, Sun: 10am – 4pm: This festival along the river, is a fun educational event celebrating the rich heritage & ecology of the area. Power is not available at all for this event.  Estimated attendance 9,500+(Fee: $125 total for 2-Day event)

KidFest – April 6, 2019 – 10am – 1pm: Join us to celebrate  the Week of the Young child with entertainment, kids activities and Water Palooza at Friendship Park.  Power is not available at all for this event.  Estimated attendance 5,000+(Fee: $75 1-Day Event)

Avondale Fiesta – May 4, 2019 – 6pm – 10pm: A Cinco de Mayo celebration of the rich heritage of the community. Live music, Ballet Folklorico, and Mexican Food round out this event. Estimated attendance 5,000+(Fee: $75 1-Day Event)
