Congratulations on being accepted into one of our events.  Below are the links to pay each fee.  Please note you must pay your event fee within two weeks of being notified of your acceptance or you risk loosing your spot.

Cancellations:  If you are unable to make an event after paying your fee please notify us immediately.  If we are able to fill your spot a full refund will be issued, if we are not able to fill your spot with an approved vendor there will be no refunds issued.  You are welcome to assist in filling your spot however Goosebump Marketing and Events must approve any replacement vendors.  You cannot send someone else in your place without notifying us.

Paying for Multiple Events?  
There are two forms provided below one for 2-Day events at $75 and another for 1-Day events $50.  If you need to use both just select the button to add it to the card.  Once you proceed to your shopping cart you will be able to change the quantity to more then one as needed.   Contact Shantelle Edwards 602-717-3898 if you have questions.

Food Vendor 1-Day Event Fee

Full payment of the vendor fee associated with your event is due at sign up.  Please complete the form below and enter the number of 1-Day events you are participating in into the  "number of tickets" field below.

If you are going to have a different set up at each event you may notify Mayra Martinez of any special space requirements directly.

POWER:
Limited power is available at some events, we prefer each food vendor provide their own power if possible however if you need power we will charge a $75 fee per event and you must reserve it ahead of time.  Power is NOT available at the following events:
- Tres Rios
- KidFest

Disregard the date and time information below, you will be notified about the times for each event separately.

  • 1-Day Event with Electrical Power ($175.00)
