Below are opportunities to showcase your goods & services at a community event in Avondale. Exhibitors receive space on event day only and do not receive exposure in the marketing materials or on the web site. We are currently monitoring the CDC Guidelines for large gatherings for direction on to how to safely offer the following events. The events listed below are proceeding as scheduled. Any changes will be posted here and emailed to all registered participants. Should a cancellation be necessary, any registered sponsors or exhibitor fees will be refunded. What is included:
Exhibit Space is limited to a 10 X 10 space. Exhibitors must provide their own pop-up tent, table and chairs unless you sign up with the Multi-Event Program. Electrical power is include in the fee for night-time events only (Billy Moore Days, WinterFest, CulturePOP & Avondale Fiesta). It is not available at KidFest or Tres Rios.
