We are currently monitoring the CDC Guidelines for large gatherings for direction on to how to safely offer the following events.  The events listed below are proceeding as scheduled.  Any changes will be posted here and emailed to all registered participants.  Should a cancellation be necessary, any registered sponsors or exhibitor fees will be refunded.  Refunds will not be provided should a vendor or sponsor cancel within two weeks prior to the event that does proceed as planned. What is included: 
Exhibit Space is limited to a 10 X 10 space.  Exhibitors must provide their own pop-up tent, table and chairs unless you sign up with the Multi-Event Program.  Electrical power is include in the fee for night-time events only (Billy Moore Days, WinterFest, CulturePOP & Avondale Fiesta).  It is not available at KidFest or Tres Rios.  



The City of Avondale  has an exciting program which provides exhibitors a discount for signing up for multiple events.  (Multiple event discounts do not apply to Handcrafter and Non-profit rates as they are already discounted)
