Now in it’s second year Arizona Sriracha Festival has proven to be a hit in the Valley!
*Sriracha (Thai: ศรีราชา, [see-ROTCH-ah] is a type of hot sauce or chili sauce made from a paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. It is named after the coastal city of Si Racha, in Chonburi Province of eastern Thailand, where it was first produced.
For this event, the valley’s best chefs will convene to share Sriracha* combined into the tastiest dishes that intrigue the palate. The event featured such fabulous dishes as Sriracha wings, meatballs, deviled eggs, Thai noodles, popcorn, and even ice cream inspired by Sriracha! This great culinary experience was combine with great music, bags competition, cocktails and more. We even featured a Mixology Competition with cocktails inspired by Sriracha.
